This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, the staff were super friendly and breakfast was really nice! We parked on the street outside as its free 6pm-9am otherwise the secure parking was 8€, we'd have happily paid that if we couldn't get on street parking. The room was really big, plenty of spare pillows, bathroom was big and very modern. We went to Chicken Pie for dinner up the road and brought food back and ate downstairs which was allowed and nice. Highly recommend the Chicken Pie, whole rotisserie chicken, large fries and a bread for 12.50€ and it fed 3 of us with chips and bread to spare. Highly recommend this hotel too, if we're ever in the area again we'll definitely come back!

I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and terrific staff. The rooms were very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, although a bit more variety wouldn't hurt. Maybe some veggies and some vegan spreads? The location of the hotel is nice and one can easily get there by public transport and by car. The room was also very quiet and we didn't hear much noise from the street, so we slept really well. I'm honestly really happy to get this much for so little money. I've stayed in hotels where a night cost double the price of this hotel, and where the experience was at most on par.

The receptionist Mariette, I think that this is how she spells her name, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect for where we needed to get to and from. The train station was in walking distance. The hotel was nice and quiet and the breakfast was really good and more than sufficient. Again, a fabulous experience at a Holiday Inn Express, and such value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a tram station two minutes away from the hotel and the railway station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We took the tram to visit the city centre and sea beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They also allowed late departure. We were very happy with the location, hotel facility and services.

Staff were all very good, friendly, efficient, willing to help. Elevator was non operating and the desk clerk offered to carry out bags up. Also suggested that the tramway that runs in front of the hotel is the quickest way to the beach. Private parking facility plus breakfast! Great value.
